2009 Labor Day Classic

The battle for football supremacy continued between PV and TSU on September 5, 2009. The annual Labor Day Classic turned out to be another great game with the PVAMU Panters emerging victors over TSU Tigers. The Panters played an excellent game and won 17 -7 after the game was tied 7 each at the half. As usual, the bands put on a spectacular show. Day 38: Burj Dubai

I recently got the opportunity to visit Dubai, United Arab Emirates on an overnight lay-over. I went on a night tour and saw several of the popular places of interest. Obviously, a visit to the Burj Khalifa (2,717ft,) - the world's tallest skyscraper was the highlight. It is difficult to determine which building was the most impressive. I sum up the two hour tour with two words - awesome construction. Sorry about the leaning building on the right side of the photo, that is my doing not the construction. Buy me a tilt-shift lens if you pity me. Thanks in advance.
